Godiva Mortgages – 5.35% Flexx Fixed

Type: Fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage

Fixed term: Until June 30, 2013

Fixed rate: 5.35%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 60% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 50% of valuation for new-build properties

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments

Flexible features: Unlimited overpayments, payment holiday of up to three months a year allowed after the first six months, interest calculated daily

Conditions: One free valuation up to £680, remortgage transfer service including free legal fees if the Society’s solicitors are used, up to three properties allowed within a total maximum of £1m

Arrangement fee: £800 plus £250 booking fee

Redemption fee: None
