Fixed rate: 4.99%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 65% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m, up to 50% of valuation for new build apartments

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the monthly mortgage interest

Conditions: One free valuation up to £670, free legal fees if in-house solicitor used, or £200 contribution towards legal costs, up to three properties allowed within a total maximum of £1m

Arrangement fee: £450 plus £250 booking fee
