GMAC-RFC loses Barry Searle as it makes new senior appointments

GMAC-RFC has confirmed that its managing director of operations Barry Searle has left the lender.

At the same time it announced a round of promotions to its senior management team, with the promotion of David Botting, Chris Kujawa and Craig Beresford.

Botting will be the new managing director of operations and Kujawa has been named as director of human resources.

Beresford has been promoted to the newly created position of trading director.

In addition, Stephen Hynes will take on the new role of structured finance director.

GMAC-RFC chief executive officer Simon Knight says: “I am absolutely delighted with these appointments and this gives us greater strength at board level. We have always enjoyed a strong board, and these appointments give us even more breadth and depth to help me deliver our vision. All these individuals possess a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective areas.”
