Give ICS fair hearing

It is very difficult to stomach paying for the failures of others,

particularly when third parties benefit. But the ICS should be given a fair

hearing over Towry Law. If it can prove this intervention is the most

cost-effective way out, then IFAs may do well to accept it.

Before IFAs bring the scheme to its knees, they should ask themselves who

or what might step in to fill the void?
