Return: 10% growth plus original capital at the end of year one provided all five stocks are at or above their initial values, 20% growth plus capital at the end of year two provided all five stocks are at or above 95% of their initial values, 30% growth plus capital at the end of year three provided all five stocks are at or above 90% of their initial values, 40% growth plus capital at the ne dof year four provided all five stocks are at or above 85% of the initial values or 50% growth plus capital at the ned of year five provided all five stocks are at or above 80% of their initial values

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term regardless of the performance of the index
