Aim: Income and the return of capital linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index through option one, the S&P GSCI ER Index through option two or the FTSE Epra/Nareit Europe Index through option three

Minimum-maximum investment: £3,000-no maximum, Isa £7,200

Term: Six years and 14 days

Return: Option one – 2% income a year plus 5% bonus if index is at or above its initial value at each anniversary, option two –  2% income a year plus potential 5.72%, option three – 2% income a year plus 5.45% potential bonus

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full provided the index does not fall during the term without returning to at least its initial value by the final day of the term, 90% of original capital returned if index falls by 10 to 50 per cent during the term
