Return: Option 1 – 11% growth plus original capital at the end of year one provided the indices are at or above their initial values 22% growth plus capital at the end of year two, 33% growth plus capital at the end of year three, 44% growth plus capital at the end of year four, 55% growth plus capital at the end of year five, 66% growth plus capital at the end of year six, option 2 – 8.5% growth plus capital at the end of year one provided indices are at or above 95% of their initial values, 17% growth plus capital at the end of year two, 25.5% growth plus capital at the end of year three, 34% growth plus capital at the end of year four, 42.5% growth plus capital at the end of year five or 51% growth plus capital at the end of year six. option 3 – 6% growth plus capital at the end of year one provided the indices are at or above 90% of their initial values, 12% growth plus capital at the end of year two, 18% growth plus capital  at the end of year three, 24% growth plus capital at the end of year four, 30% growth plus capital at the end of year five or 36% growth plus capital at the end of year six

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided both indices do not fall by more than 50% without returning to at least their initial values

Barclays adds to offset range

Barclays has introduced a new range of Woolwich offset mortgages. The range includes a two-year offset tracker at 1.88 per cent above the Bank of England base rate for loans up to 70 per cent of valuation, giving a current pay rate of 2.38 per cent.
