Gib is on the Rocks

Staff at Clerical Medical&#39s product development department are distraught that their mascot toy gibbon has been “gibnapped” by the shadowy Radical Anti-gibbon Unit (Ragu).

Gib has been missing for over two months and has been sighted as far afield as Scotland, Ireland, France and most recently in London.

Events have now taken a sinister turn for the worse with a blackmail postcard urging the forlorn staff to visit Ragu&#39s website at www. geocities.com/gibnapper.

Ragu spokesman Ivor Gibbon told the Diary: “These sad people actually had a special badge made up and used to award each other with the gibbon of the week when any of them made any major contribution to a project. You see now, why Gib just had to go.”
