Fixed term: Until January 1, 2003.

Fixed rate: 6.99 per cent.

Minimum loan: £35,000.

Maximum loan: Up to 85 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum

of £200,000.

Income multiples: 3.5 times principal income plus second or three

times joint.

Arrangement fee: £395.

Redemption fee: 6 per cent of amount repaid in years one and two, 5

per cent in year three, thereafter 1 per cent if one month&#39s notice not

given.

Conditions: Maximum three months&#39 payments missed in the last 12

months, maximum one month in the last six months or none in the

last three months. Maximum £3,000 CCJs, bankruptcy satisfied,

individual voluntary arrangement current and satisfactory or
