Minimum loan: £25,001.

Maximum loan: Loans of up to 60 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £400,000, 61 – 75 per cent subject to a maximum of £250,000.

Income multiples: 3.75 times principal income plus second or 3.25 times joint.

Arrangement fee: £395.

Redemption fee: 5 per cent of advance in year one, 4 per cent in year two, 3 per cent plus £70 in year three, £70 thereafter.

Conditions: Unlimited arrears or county court judgements, individual voluntary arrangement satisfied or being well conducted, discharged from bankruptcy for minimum of one year.
