Fixed term: Until April 1, 2003.

Fixed rate: 6.49 per cent.

Minimum loan: £25,001.

Maximum loan: Up to 75 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000, up to 60 per cent subject to a maximum of £400,000.

Income multiples: 3.75 times principal income plus second or 3.25 times joint.

Arrangement fee: £395.

Redemption fee: 5 per cent of original loan in year one, 4 per cent in year two, 3 per cent in year three plus £70, thereafter £70.

Conditions: Maximum three months’ arrears in last 12 months, any number of CCJs up to a maximum of £3,000.
