Gartmore hires head of business development in Germany

Bettina Hoenigmann has joined Gartmore as head of business development in Germany.

Hoenigmann will be responsible for assessing client demand for product structures, developing new business initiatives and building stronger institutional relationships across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. She joins from Deutsche Bank’s Frankfurt-based fund management arm where she was an international portfolio manager.

Gartmore Germany managing director Kerstin Behnke says: “Bettina’s arrival significantly enhances our strategic business development capabilities. Her wealth of experience and contacts in the industry make her a valuable addition to the team and we are very happy she has chosen to join Gartmore.”
