Type: Tracker mortgage.

Tracker term: Term of loan.

Tracker rate: LIBOR plus 2 per cent.

Minimum loan: £10,000.

Maximum loan: Up to 95 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum

of £200,000.

Income multiples: 3.75 times principal income plus second or 3.25

times joint.

Arrangement fee: 1 per cent subject to a minimum of £495, maximum

of £1,000.

Redemption fee: Five months&#39 interest in year one, four

months&#39 in year two, three months&#39 in year

three, two months&#39 in year four, one month

thereafter.

Conditions: Maximum two months&#39 arrears none in last

six months, any number of CCJs subject to a maximum of £2,000

none in last six months.

Introducer&#39s fee: 0.75 per cent subject to a minimum of

£350, maximum £1,000.
