Type: Tracker mortgage.

Tracker term: Term of loan.

Tracker rate: LIBOR plus 2.5 per cent.

Minimum loan: £10,000.

Maximum loan: Up to 90 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £200,000.

Income multiples: 3.75 times principal income plus second or 3.25 times joint.

Arrangement fee: 1 per cent subject to a minimum of £495, maximum of £1,000.

Redemption fee: Five months&#39 interest in year one, four months&#39 in year two, three months&#39 in year three, two months&#39 in year four, one month&#39s thereafter.

Conditions: Maximum three months&#39 arrears none in last three months, any number of CCJs subject to a maximum of £3,000 none in last three months.

Introducer&#39s fee: 0.75 per cent subject to a minimum of £350, maximum £1,000.
