Future discounts loan range

Sub-prime lender Future Mortgages is discounting all its loans by 1.25 per cent until the end of December.

The discount, which applies to all Future&#39s self-certification, buy-to-let and right-to-buy mortgages, will allow borrowers to secure rates from 5.45 per cent up to 90 per cent loan to value.

Minimum mortgage size is £25,001.
