Maximum loan: Up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000, above £250,000 refer to lender

Income multiples: Loans up to 80% of valuation – up to 3.75 times principal income plus second or three times joint, up to 50% of valuation – up to 4.25 times principal income plus second or 3.25 times joint

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the first three years, free valuation up to £335, free legal fees or £150 contribution for properties in Scotland, available for properties in England, Scotland and Wales

Arrangement fee: None

Redemption fee: 3% of the original loan in the first three years

Introducer’s fee: 0.35% of the original loan subject to a £100 minimum and a £1,750 maximum
