The FSA will today publish the latest addition to its treating customers fairly web pages, summarising recent developments ahead of the 2008 deadlines.

Firms must have appropriate evidence in place to test whether they are treating their customers fairly by March 2008 and must be able to demonstrate that they are doing so by December 2008.

The FSA says it is “essential for firms to press ahead on meeting TCF deadlines”.
