FSA fine and ban

The FSA has banned and fined Andrew Cumming, a former client adviser at UBS, £35,000 for his role in the activities that led to the firm being fined £8m this month. The FSA has fined Alexei Krilov-Harrison, a former stockbroker at Pacific Continental Securities UK £24,000 for market abuse.
