FSA appoints joint chairmen to small business panel

The FSA has appointed Roger Saunders and Michael Quicke as joint chairmen of its small business practitioner panel.


Quicke is the chief executive of private bank Leopold Joseph Holdings, while Saunders is principal of IFA Roger Saunders Associates.


The panel advises small businesses ranging from fund managers and building societies through to small IFAs, on how FSA regulations affect them.
