Friends Provident staff raise £2,500 for local charity


Staff at Friends Provident&#39s Exeter offices have raised £2,500 for local charity the Exeter Leukaemia Fund.


The money was raised through a series of events including a staff &#39dress down&#39 day, raffles and head shaving.


The staff raised £1,500 with the company topping this up with a further £1,000.


The donation was made to Noel Edmonds the charity&#39s vice patron. The money will be used to purchase equipment for research, treatment facilities and to meet staff.
