Friends Provident relaunches online centre for advisers

Friends Provident has relaunched its online information centre with additional content for advisers including webcasts, podcasts and blogs.

The Info Centre offers a news, information and resources and is designed to support advisers in their business and professional development.

Features include online seminars and podcasts and advisers can attend live virtual events.

Audio podcasts can be downloaded onto the adviser’s laptop or MP3 player which include sales tips.

The Info Centre offers qualifications support for advisers’ professional development and marketing tools to aid their business growth.

These include posters, leaflets and letters that advisers can customise with their own contact details.

Friends Provident head of eBusiness Dave Mace says: “As industry leaders in technology it seemed natural for us to extend our website to provide better support to advisers. To complement our face-to-face and telephone-based consultancy, advisers now also have the choice to obtain information, news and business development resources online. We’ll be regularly adding new features and content to the Info Centre, ensuring that we are reflecting advisers’ interests of the moment and anticipating what’s coming over the horizon.”
