Former PFS president Jon Everill joins FundsNetwork

Fidelity FundsNetwork has appointed former Personal Finance Society president Jon Everill as head of advisory services.

Everill has established several financial planning businesses during his 23 years in the industry and recently set up his own consultancy practice ‘ResourceSuite’.

He is currently a director at the PFS, having been the society’s president in 2011/12.

FundsNetwork says Everill will be responsible for the management and development of services, focusing on helping adviser businesses work with the platform.

FundsNetwork head Pat Shea says: “This newly-created role reflects our continued commitment to investing in the business and to providing advisers dedicated support and service.

“Jon has considerable knowledge and experience of working within the UK financial services market, gained from both an adviser and service provider perspective.

“His skills will augment our growing team of specialists and highlights the continued commitment to develop our business for the benefit of our advisory partners.”
