Former Openwork and PosSol director launches advice and D2C business

Former Positive Solutions and Openwork recruitment director Martin Brown has launched his own advice firm and D2C proposition.

An appointed representative of Caerus, Continuum employs 17 advisers and is targeting running a national IFA with 50 advisers.

It also offers an self-execution service via a white-label version of an exisitng investment platform but could not disclose the provider.

Browne says: “It is fantastic to finally launch Continuum. Our model is one which relies on delivering professional, measured advice from experienced and talented advisers in addition to recognising the growing consumer demand for technology-based distribution.

“Most importantly, I see this as a collection of like-minded businesses and individuals coming together with a clear shared vision of what financial advice should look like in the 21st century.

“Every part of the operation is aligned to service delivery, and we will pursue this relentlessly in all that we do.”

  1. Why in other articles does he say that he has 17 advisers when he has far less. You only have to check the FCA register to see the truth – something that Martin Brown is bereft of.
