Former Ombudsman is FSA complaints commissioner

Sir Anthony Holland, Chairman of the Northern Ireland Parades Commission and former Principal Ombudsman for the PIA, has been appointed to be the independent Complaints Commissioner for the FSA.

He replaces Rosemary Radcliffe who has been in the post since its inception in September 2001.

FSA Chairman Callum McCarthy says: &#34The independent Complaints Commissioner plays a key part in ensuring the FSA&#39s accountability. Sir Anthony&#39s distinguished career spans 40 years of service in both the legal profession and public service. His breadth of expertise and judgement will be invaluable in ensuring the FSA remains accountable to all those affected by its decisions.”
