Former GE Money sales director launches networking site

Former GE Money sales director Mark Harrison is launching a networking facility for financial services workers.

The Institute of Finance Professionals is a networking proposition for senior professionals working in the financial services sector who wish to communicate with other executives on a regular basis.

IFP managing director Mark Harrison says: “We have been genuinely overwhelmed by the interest shown in our organisation and membership enquiries have exceeded our expectations. The feedback we are getting so far is that this is exactly what the industry has been crying out for.”

The IFP is now planning a series of face-to-face networking events to enable members to build new relationships and partnerships.

Harrison says: “Every month there will be a formal event which will allow all of our members to have a number of opportunities to network with other senior finance executives throughout the year.”
