The self-regulation and compliance body will give Fisa members and potential members – both brokers and lenders – new services on regulation, training, FISAVal – its approved panel of surveyors, FAQs and an online helpdesk.
It also now includes a range of downloadable documents from the OFT, a borrower information guide and printable mortgage and external mortgage valuation forms.
Fisa chief executive John Parker says: “With the complete revamp of the Fisa website, we are widening the lines of communication between the organisation and its membership. Members who have queries or require information can use the FAQ section as their first port of call while also having the added benefit of Fisa members of staff on hand to answer questions not covered by the FAQs.
“These new benefits for the FISA membership will help ensure an increased level of communication between the Executive and members. We want to provide all the services our members want from us and the new website is certainly a major addition to the FISA member package.”
