CAPPED RATE MORTGAGES


Capped terms: Until January 7, 2001 or 2002.


Capped rates: 6.95 per cent or 6.99 per cent respectively.


Minimum loan: Remortgages – £25,500, purchases – £15,500.


Maximum loan: Up to 95 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £150,000, up to 90 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000, up to 85 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, up to 80 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000 and up to 75 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £750,000.


Income multiples: Loans up to 95 per cent of valuation – 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.75 times joint. Loans up to 75 per cent of valuation – 3.75 times principal income plus second or 2.75 times joint.


Arrangement fee: £345.


Cashback: For four year – 1 per cent.


Redemption fee: Three year – none, four year – three months&#39 interest at standard variable rate before January 7, 2002.
