First4Brokers acquires Mandeville Ltd

First4Brokers, the independent mortgage compliant network has completed its acquisition of Mandeville Ltd, the electronic business to business service.

Mandeville provides insurance products and services to mortgage brokers and IFAs.

First4Brokers will now be able to deliver a range of electronically delivered general insurance schemes to its full members and firms that are directly authorised via its new subsidiary First4Insurance.

First4Brokers managing director Charles Gooding says: “By coming together we will be able to supply not only mortgage compliance but also offer highly competitive commission rates on insurance products, along with sales support.”

Mandeville independent management consultant Howard Williams says: “The Mosaic System can in real time look at any client file from any broker and manage everything from compliance to training, through to commission payments and monitoring.”
