First Mortgage launches 3.99 per cent fixed rate

First Mortgage Group is launching a three-year fixed-rate mortgage at 3.99 per cent.


The minimum loan is £27,500 and maximum is £250,000. A maximum of 90 per cent loan to value is available. There is no compulsory insurance.


It is exclusively available through IFAs who will receive a procuration fee of £200 on completion.
