Finnie to star in West End

Scottish Life has appointed Andrew Finnie as its West End branch manager in London.

Finnie will be responsible for developing business and raising the profile and perception of Scottish Life in London, focusing particularly on the West End. He will report directly to Scottish Life London manager Alan Easter.

Prior to his new appointment, Finnie was Scottish Life&#39s development manager in Harrow. He was also a member of Club Excel, the life office&#39s top achiever award.

Finnie says: “I am very much looking forward to this new and exciting challenge. I hope to ensurethat my team achieve their personal objectives and provide a top quality service to IFAs in the West End area.”

l Royal & Sun Alliance International Financial Services has strengthened the sales team of its UK marketing company with two new appointments ina bid to improve the company&#39s service to brokers.

Michael Hurley becomes regional sales manager for the South of England excluding Lon-don and Darren Shiell is appointed regional sales manager for the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.

Hurley joins from Scottish Life where he was sales manager for the City of London.

Shiell has been a broker consultant for the last seven years, most recently at Allied Dunbar.
