Fidelity real estate appoints new European portfolio manager

Fidelity International’s real estate business has appointed Aymeric de Seresin to support its continued expansion into European markets.

Mr de Seresin, formerly a director within Jones Lang LaSalle’s European capital markets group joins the company in September with 10 years of experience in European real estate.

Based in London, Aymeric will cover a number of Western European markets, focussing in particular on France and Spain and will take responsibility for acquisitions, asset management and disposals. His appointment marks the first of a number of senior appointments in Fidelity’s European fund management team.

Commenting on the recent appointment, director of European real estate Keith Sutton says: “We are delighted that Aymeric is to join Fidelity’s real estate business. His broad range of experience in Europe and his language skills will make him a very strong asset to the team. Aymeric has been focussing on the logistics sector for a number of years and his skill-set fits particularly well with our investment strategy and value-add approach.”
