F&C Management lowers entry to investment trust mini Isa

F&C Management I improving the flexibility of its investment trust mini Isa so that investors can now invest lump sums from £1,000 and direct debits from £100 a month.

Previously F&C took minimum lump sums of £3,000 and had no direct debit facility for the investment trust mini Isa.

Initial fee is £50 plus vat with a £60 plus vat a year administration charge. Commission on purchase is 0.2 per cent.

F&C director and head of private investor marketing Georgette Harrison says: “Mini equity Isas can be useful for those who have a mini cash Isa but would still like to invest in equities. By making our mini Isa more accessible we hope to help investors to experience the long-term benefits of a stock market investment.”
