F&C Asset Managment launches commercial property trust

F&C Asset Management is launching a 1bn UK commercial property trust targeting a 6 per cent return next month.

The F&C Commercial Property trust, the group’s third, will launch with a diversified portfolio of office blocks, retail outlets and industrial holdings. The launch follows the group’s first two trusts, both branded Isis, trading at a premium to NAV.
