Exeter Fund Managers says Europe will provide growth

Forthcoming changes to the European market should encourage companies to invest in their future growth, according to Exeter Fund Managers.

European Fund manager Mark Webster says new employment legislation will redress the imbalance between the US and Europe, which historically has had a less flexible workforce and lower productivity.

Webster believes the legislation will lower the unemployment rate and boost productivity, which he says will help the economy grow at a faster rate.

He also believes the managers of European companies are becoming more shareholder friendly than they have been in the past.
