Execs expect to relocate services

Two-thirds of senior life company executives believe part of their operations will go overseas, according to a survey by Marlborough Stirling. It found 40 per cent thought moving operations overseas would improve customer service, with 44 per cent saying it would make no difference and 16 per cent saying service would get worse.
