Exclusive Mortgages Direct launches capped rate


Exclusive Mortgages Direct has launched a two-year flexible capped rate mortgage.


The rate is capped at 5.55 per cent for loans up to 95 per cent loan to value.


There is a minimum loan requirement of £100,000 and an arrangement fee of £280.


As a flexible mortgage there are no redemption penalties at anytime.


Intermediaries will receive a procuration fee of £250.

Aberdeen Asset Management announce increase in profits
