Exclusive Connections launches new discount product

Mortgage packaging network Exclusive Connections is launching a new discounted rate product.

The product, funded by The Mortgage Business, offers a 1 per cent discounted rate until October, 2001, giving a rate of 6.65 per cent.

First time buyers can borrow up to £150,000, while other borrowers can get loans as high as £500,000. The product offers a maximum loan to value of 85 per cent or 80 per cent for first time borrowers.

Additionally, there is no mortgage indemnity guarantee premium, which the network says brings a considerable savings to the customer.

IFAs can access the product exclusively via Exclusive Connections&#39 members.
