Exclusive Connections launches cashback mortgages

Exclusive Connections is launching eight fixed-rate products with cashbacks funded by Bristol & West.


Clients who opt for a fixed-rate four year scheme with no cashback may borrow up to 90 per cent LTV at a rate of 6.97 per cent or 95 per cent at a rate of 7.30 per cent.


Alternatively they may choose either a two per cent cashback or a four per cent cashback with rates of 7.58 per cent and 8.18 per cent respectively at 90 per cent LTV.


Managing Director Barry Robson says: &#34Our menu approach gives intermediaries greater choice and flexibility allowing clients to select from the various options, depending on the level of cashback they require.&#34
