Exclusive Connections launch Horizon mortgage

Mortgage packaging network Exclusive Connections is launching a flexible mortgage with a 1 per cent discount for six months from their Horizon Mortgage range.

The mortgage facilitates under-payments, over-payments, payment holidays and cash draw-downs.

Other benefits include capital raising up to 80 per cent LTV, debt/loan consolidation up to 95 per cent LTV, and no redemption charges or tie-ins.

Exclusive Connections marketing director Patrick Day says: “This very flexible mortgage is suitable for those wishing to benefit from the over and under-payment options. The minimum loan value is £40,000 and is available for purchase and remortgage. Introducer broker fees are 0.6 per cent of the loan.”
