Exchange offers best service, say advisers

The majority of IFAs believe The Exchange offers a superior service to Assureweb and IFA Engine.

The State of the IFA Nation poll shows 71 per cent of IFAs believe The Exchange offers the best service compared with 16 per cent opting for Assureweb and 9 per cent for IFA Engine while 11 per cent did not state a preference.

Looking at mortgage platforms, The Exchange and Mortgage Brain are each backed by 25 per cent of respondents. Behind them is Mortgage 2000 with 16 per cent, Trigold with 11 per cent and 30 per cent not listing a preference.

The Exchange PR manager Charlie Musson says: “This shows the breadth and depth of our service and the number of providers and products we have to offer. This is key for IFAs who want to be able to search the whole marketplace. Mortgages is just one part of our service.”
