Exchange launches on-line mortgage service

Exchange Holdings has launched an on-line mortgage brokerage, Emfinance.


The company claims it will offer mortgage approval, subject to status, within 20 minutes of receiving an application.


In addition there are plans to put the mortgage application process on-line


The company has raised £1.5bn to offer loans. The Woolwich, Bristol & West and Birmingham Midshires banks have their given backing.
