Exchange lands contracts worth £6m

Exchange FS has won three contracts worth £2m each from IFA Chase de

Vere, Friends Provident and Bank of Ireland Insurance and Investments.

The nine-month project to install a back-office system for Chase de Vere

aims to make its admin more effective and improve service levels.

Exchange FS will create a system customised for Chase de Vere with the aim

of letting its 150 IFAs and 300 admin staff manage their client

relationships better by providing a single view of client activity. With

the new system, client data only has to be entered once, old records can be

accessed quickly and a full audit trail will be available for compliance

purposes.

Chase de Vere&#39s head office will have easy access to information for

compliance and management reporting and a commission-handling function will

mean payments can be checked accurately against expected payments.

Exchange FS&#39s contract to develop a new software system for Friends

Provident will integrate the company&#39s multiple direct-sales channel,

including its direct salesforce and call centre. It will also develop a

point-of-sale system for Bank of Ireland Insurance and Investments

branch-based salesforce.

Exchange FS chief executive Ges Whitmore says: “We are delighted to be

working with such a prominent IFA firm and the major contract with Friends

Provident bears testament to the strength of our proposition and endorses

the new strategy.”
