Tracker rate: 0.14% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 5.89%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m, up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1.5m, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £2m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 100% of mortgage repayments
