Tracker rate: 0.74% above Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 5.99%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 90% of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m, up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1.5m, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £2m of £2m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 100 per cent of mortgage repayments

Conditions: Capital repayments of at least 10 per cent a year allowed without penalty, free legal fees for remortages, up to 50 properties allowed within a total maximum of £10m

Arrangement fee: 1.5% of original loan subject to an £899 minimum

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in first two years
