Easier2Move links with MBL

Online conveyancer Easier2Move, has integrated with mortgage sourcing system Mortgage Brain to offer their conveyancing services.

Mortgage Brain users will now have direct access to Easier2move’s conveyancing system. Both firms are pledging the move will allow intermediaries to increase their potential income by automatically instructing conveyancing services at the same time as submitting the mortgage application.

The instant instruction will also help speed up the homebuying process, as well as reducing the administration time for brokers.

E2M sales and marketing director Karen Babington says: “We are delighted to be integrating our systems with a mortgage sourcing system such as Mortgage Brain. This partnership is a great way for brokers to earn further referral fees and we hope this offers them another useful form of steady revenue.”

Mortgage Brain chief executive Mark Lofthouse says: “This partnership between Mortgage Brain and Easier2move is great news for brokers. By sending the instruction immediately to Easier2move, when the mortgage application is processed, brokers are immediately benefiting from a new revenue stream. This is a great way to increase income and additionally save time on both instruction and administration. We look forward to seeing brokers realise the benefits this partnership will bring.”
