Dresdner RCM Global Investors is pushing four of its most popular funds with a marketing campaign for the Isa season.
The UK Gold Isa campaign includes roadshows, posters, press and internet advertising and branded taxis.
It is promoting Dresdner's UK growth, equity income, mid-cap and smaller companies funds.
A series of roadshows by Dresdner's UK retail fund management and sales teams reaching over 300 IFAs in 15 venues around the UK started at the end of January.
The next stage of the campaign is a series of posters at three of London's busiest railway stations, Canon Street, London Bridge and Victoria this month.
More posters will be displayed across London and the South-east. Consumer and trade advertising with the slogan, “Dresdner RCM, your gold standard for UK equity Isas” will support the posters.
A fleet of 100 Dresdner RCM-branded taxis can be seen on the streets of London from this month and internet banner ads will appear on personal finance portals.
Dresdner is boosting its sales team with the appointment of John Tierney as head of retail sales and marketing from Perpetual and Nick Smith as head of marketing from Investec.
Tierney says: “We have great products and I think this new campaign reflects that. The retail market is extremely competitive and we are determined to carve out our position in it through innovative and eye-catching campaigns.”
