Aim: Income and growth by investing initially in cash and listed fixed interest securities then in a portfolio of unquoted companies in the UK

Minimum investment: Lump sum £5,000

Closing date: April 5, 2012 for 2011/12 tax year, April 30, 2012 for 2012/13 tax year

Charges: Initial 5.5%, annual 2.06%, performance fee 9.5%

Special offer: 1% of the investment amount in extra shares, 2% for existing investors in NVM funds
