Distribution Technology adds segmentation tool

Distribution Technology has added a client segmentation tool to its Dynamic Planner service.

The firm says the service will support advice firms through linking activities and work done for clients to different client service propositions.

It adds the service enables advisers to define pricing models and determine the amount of flexibility around fee negotiation as well as compare service delivery against expectations set out at the beginning of a client relationship.

Distribution Technology chief executive Ben Goss says: “Technology should be reducing the effort and cost of data gathering and analysis, plan preparation, implementation and administration and product advice, so you advisers can get closer to the stuff that really matters, relationship management.”
