Disappointment at lack of info on housing bill

The National Association of Estate Agents has expressed its disappointment at the scant number of mentions the housing bill received in the Queen&#39s speech. It is particularly concerned that home information packs did not receive more coverage.

The NAEA says: “There were few pointers from the Queen&#39s Speech as to what the government will be putting before parliament with regards to the Housing Bill. From this scant mention it is difficult to ascertain the government&#39s intentions in pressing ahead with the introduction of home information packs and the more controversial home condition reports.”
