Derbyshire expands its mortgage services

Derbyshire Building Society is increasing its product range, becoming the latest corporate introducer to work with national broker Mortgage Force.

The deal, available through all 53 of their branches and online, increases the number of mortgages approved for Derbyshire customers, benefiting those who may face difficulty getting a mortgage due to poor credit rating or periods of self-employment.

By making referrals to the national broker, The Derbyshire will be able to help customers with their changing needs or help with remortgaging enquiries and buying a new home. Advice is available face to face or over the telephone.

Derbyshire corporate communications manager Rob Hill says: “We are delighted to be working with Mortgage Force. They share our passion for customer service and this arrangement will ensure that more and more of our customers benefit from home loans tailored to suit their individual circumstances.”

Mortgage Force managing director Rob Clifford says: “The Derbyshire is an exciting addition to our growing number of corporate introducers.”
